Sourced from a dedicated, single-origin tea farm in the volcanic highlands of Kirishima, Kagoshima, this Sencha expresses the purity and depth of one of Japan’s most respected tea terroirs.

Otsuka Genmaicha is a premium blend of high-grade Sencha and roasted brown rice (Genmai). The Genmai, which looks and smells a bit like popcorn, gives the tea a nutty flavour and a sweet, fresh after-taste.

Kamairicha is a partially roasted green tea made of the Yabukita cultivar by teamaster Nagao, by turning the tea leaves in a large hot pan at a lower heat which makes the tea produce nutty notes of hazelnut with flavors of almonds, toasted cashews and roasted seaweed.
